Product Analyst

Job description

SSI's SaaS product enables financial institutions to efficiently finance, buy, manage, and sell or securitize residential and consumer loans. Our product team works closely with our customers to understand their evolving needs, and then design and deliver solutions with our engineering team. Target Compensation: $110-$140k

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of how customers use our product

• Conduct product checkin meetings with customers on a regular basis

• Analyze customer requests and issues

• Design solutions to address customer pain points

• Perform quality assurance and drive customer acceptance testing

• Train customers on how to effectively use the product for their needs

• Actively identify user experience improvements

• Perform onsite customer visits

• Perpare for and participate in prospect demos

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited US college

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Understanding of user experience concepts and best practices

• Understanding of product development lifecycle

• Experience working with engineering teams

• Experience developing test plans

• Experience with JIRA or similar project management software
