Sanjay M. Shah, Principal

Sanjay Shah, as a co-manager of SSI, has responsibilities that include strategic planning as well as sales, marketing and administration. At SSI, Mr. Shah leverages over 15 years of capital markets experience to ensure continuous improvement in SSI's products and process efficiencies. Prior to founding SSI in 1999, Mr. Shah held technology related positions at various financial services firms including JPMorgan, Nomura and Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a B.S degree in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, New Jersey.

Sundeep B. Amrute, Principal

Sundeep Amrute, as a co-manager of SSI, has responsibilities that include strategy, marketing, sales, and administration, and is currently focused on developing new markets for SSI's products and services. Mr. Amrute has 18+ years of experience working in the capital markets; prior to joining SSI in 2003, he was Vice President of Whole Loan Analytics at Credit Suisse, where he developed valuation and risk systems for the Alt-A and Subprime securitization conduit. Mr. Amrute has also held positions at Nomura Securities, Goldman Sachs, and Salomon Brothers. He holds a B.S.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.

Dilip T. Shah, Director, Client Services

Dilip Shah manages SSI's client support team that currently services over a dozen clients. His responsibilities include overseeing product delivery, user training and technical support and most importantly making sure SSI products stay relevant to the needs of the marketplace. Mr. Shah has over 10 years of experience managing enterprise systems. Prior to joining SSI in 2002, Mr. Shah was a Vice President at Bear Stearns and AT&T. He holds a M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering from NJIT, Newark College of Engineering, New Jersey.

Ravi Mistry, Director, Product Development

Ravi Mistry is responsible for all software development at SSI. Mr. Mistry devotes much of his efforts towards developing the core technology framework that enables SSI to quickly respond to changing market conditions. Mr. Mistry has over 10 years of software development experience as an architect, and engineer of enterprise systems. Prior to joining SSI in 2002, Mr. Mistry was a consultant at Boyle Software Inc. He holds a M.S. degree in Computer Science from New York University.

Sandra Penichet, Director, Operational Services

Sandra Penichet is responsible for developing new markets for SSI's products.  Sandra has 20 years experience working in mortgage-related markets.  Prior to joining SSI in 2008, Ms. Penichet was Vice President of credit and compliance due diligence in the RMBS group for JPMorgan and previously with Credit Suisse.  During the earlier part of her career, Ms. Penichet was employed with American Residential Mortgage and then moved on to Citicorp Mortgage, Inc. where she was Vice President of the Quality Control Group.  She holds a B.A. from Mercy College.
